Today marks the start of national Anti-Bullying Week 2022. Aldermaston CE Primary School takes part in this event every year. We believe it is important that children recognise, challenge and report bullying behaviour. Everyone who is affected by bullying must be able to access help so that they feel safe and happy.
Our school definition of bullying is 'a type of anti-social behaviour involving the repetitive, intentional harming of one person or group by another person or group, where the relationship involves an imbalance of power.'
This week, our community will be reflecting on how we can stop bullying during our whole school collective worships, in class and through the work of our school council.
If you have any concerns about bullying, please do talk to your child's class teacher.
