Aldermaston School PTA Disco – The School Hall - Friday 3rd February 2023

KS1 children 4.45pm – 5.45pm

KS2 children 6pm – 7pm

 

Aldermaston School PTA are pleased to advise that we will hold a disco event for the children on Friday 3rd February 2023. This event will be open to all students of the school with the timings split by Key Stages.

Students that attend The Oaks on this date will be able to attend; we will work closely with The Oaks staff to ensure the handover of children goes without issue. Please advise The Oaks that your child will be attending the Disco on this date and provide permission for them to be able to join in.

Tickets for the disco will be £5 per child with cash payments only. If you would like to volunteer to help at either of the sessions, please seek out a member of the PTA or drop us an email at PTA@aldermaston.w-berks.sch.uk Children will be provided with drinks, crisps and biscuits and there will be activities with sweet prizes on offer. Please provide us with any details of allergies for your child.

If you would like your child / children to attend the disco please complete the slip attached here and return it, along with the money to the drop box that will be kept in the school office. Please respond BY 31st Jan 2023. Tickets will be sent home with the children on the day of the disco.

All children will need to be collected from the school hall (The Oaks After School Club Exit) by a responsible adult at the correct times. As we do not know all parents, please provide us with a password to enable you to collect your child.
